Chelan County Fire District #7 has been serving the Lake Chelan Valley since 1926 responding to approximately 300 incidents per year, Fire District 7 provides mutual aid services locally to Chelan Valley EMS, Manson, and Entiat, as well as traveling to surrounding fire districts as far away as Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Waterville, Pateros, and Brewster. While covering an area of about 125 square miles we are a volunteer department with a full-time Chief. We have recently started a Resident Firefighter Program and an Explorer Firefighter program for the youth (ages 14-18) within the valley.
